The MediCan study investigates health outcomes over time among Medicaid beneficiaries with and without HIV infection in the United States. Funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), MediCan explores topics such as cancer, healthy aging, and COVID-19 outcomes among beneficiaries from 27 states and Washington, DC, for the years 2001-2021.
